This website is operated by Glow Proteins. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Glow Proteins. Glow Proteins offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

TERMS OF SERVICE - SMS MARKETING

By consenting to Glow Proteins' SMS marketing in the checkout and initialising a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

TERMS OF SERVICE - Delivery

Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the trusty hands of Australia Post and are out of our control. If you have selected a tracked delivery option, you will not only receive your tracking number from us, but regular updates from Australia Post too. Please double-check that your email is entered correctly at the checkout, so we can keep you updated every step of the way.

If you have any specific delivery requests/instructions, ensure you create a MyPost account with Australia Post. This way, you can give further details for your delivery and make any necessary adjustments to be certain your Glow Proteins order arrives safely.

Please note that we won’t be held responsible for items that are left unattended by Australia Post, through ‘safe drop’ or with ‘authority to leave’, or similar. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post. If you’ve previously had issues with parcels that have been stolen on your property, even when left in a location deemed to be ‘safe’ by a courier, we recommend getting the parcel delivered to a workplace or alternate address where you know someone will be there to receive your goodies.

If your trackable order has not been received within 10 business days, please contact us and we will endeavour to track it down for you. Please check your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order as we do not offer postage refunds for returned orders that are incorrectly addressed.

TERMS OF SERVICE - Exchanges

We understand that mistakes can be made when placing an order, and we will happily provide an exchange or credit note for item(s) returned given they are fully sealed and unopened. You can request to exchange a product by contacting us via email at hello@glowproteins.com.au, and if an exchange is accepted, we will happily offer a credit note or exchange. 
 
All item(s) returned must be returned as new and unused, fully sealed and in its original packaging. Ensure your returned items are sent to Glow Proteins HQ with the return label attached to the mailer, satchel or box—please do not fix the shipping label directly to the Glow Proteins product. All costs associated with the return for change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer, including all costs associated with sending items back for an exchange or credit note. We do not offer a free exchange service. 

TERMS OF SERVICE - PROMO CODES

All online voucher and promotional codes are for online use only. The following terms apply: Single Use Only: A limit of one code is valid per customer, per transaction. Exclusions: Voucher and promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, recurring orders, or subscriptions, as these are already discounted. Expiry & Validity: Voucher and promotional codes may have an expiry period, even if this was not explicitly stated at the time of issue. We reserve the right to decline the issuance (eg. Review codes) or use of codes outside of the promotional timeframe or intended use. Promotional Periods: Codes or the issuance of review discount codes are only valid during the timeframe specified by us. If no timeframe was explicitly provided, it is at our discretion to issue or determine if the code is still valid.  5. Sales Periods: During promotional or sale periods, voucher and discount codes may be disabled. Right to Decline: We reserve the right to limit or decline transactions if they do not comply with these Terms of Use.  By using our voucher or promotional codes, you agree to these terms. For clarification on the validity of a specific code, please contact us before completing your transaction.

TERMS OF SERVICE - PRODUCT INFORMATION

While we use reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and currency of any Product descriptions, pricing and other information concerning the Products published on the Site (“Product Information”), We cannot guarantee that any Product Information is complete, current, accurate, reliable or free from error or that the Products are suitable for You.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEEK THE ADVICE OF A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL WHEN CONSIDERING A NEW NUTRITIONAL OR HEALTH PROGRAM AND BEFORE PURCHASING OR CONSUMING THE PRODUCTS.  NOTHING INCLUDED ON THE SITE IS INTENDED FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT OR DIAGNOSIS.
