Glow Elixir Marine Collagen dissolves effortlessly in both hot and cold liquids, as it has a neutral odour and taste, and is heat stable.
To enjoy, simply add one serving (1 teaspoon or 2.5g) to your favourite beverage, such as water, coffee, juice, or smoothie. You can also stir it into soups, yoghurts and other foods.
Enjoy 1-3 times a day for optimal results. We recommend a daily serving of:
- 1 - 2 teaspoons: For individuals under 35 years old:
- 2 - 3 teaspoons: For people aged 36+ years old
We recommend not exceeding 4 teaspoons a day (10g).
Please note: Our Collagen tubs include 125g of pure premium marine collagen (50 servings per tub). Our tubs are not full to to the top (as we could unfortunately only source tubs that were a little larger than required, but please know that you are receiving the full 125g as advertised, as we sell by weight not volume.
